Rohingya to be sent in the Thengar Char!

The Government decided to remove the Rohingya in Cox's Bazar in Thengar Char, Hatia, Noakhali. State Minister Shahriar Alom Says, "They will be staying here temporary. We want to refund them Myanmar".
Rohingya

The Refugee and Migratory Movements Research Unit (RA maru) Chief Coordinator of the professor. CR Abrar has requested to reviewed this decision. Before transfer to that island of Hatia need to create 'database'  of Rohingyas in Bangladesh.  We hope to create the database within next three months.

Minister of Foreign Affairs says about the process of creating a database, ''Rohingya of Cox's Bazar have merged with Bengali society. So the local committee has been formed to identify specifically Rohingyas and they will be identified by the help of the local administration and representatives. After finishing the database creation will be benefited in speaking  with the Myanmar government or a foreign state or organization.''

Shahriar Alam says, '' Consultation with the prime minister has started to sending process of Myanmar illegal citizen in the temporary camp of Thengar Char, Hatia. Acting work of creating the structure in Thengar Char with the help of the Army.'' But he hopes that need more time for this work.

Kutupalong Camp

Make known the capacity of Kutupalong camp, Cox's Bazar is 30 thousand. But there are more than three million Rohingyas. For this reason, Cox's Bazar and Ukhiyate creating  environmental disaster and social, natural, health care is not possible to provide.

When may start sending the Rohingyas to Thengar Char. In this matter, the Foreign Minister said, ''Need more time to send the Rohingyas to Thengar Char. But the policy has been decided and we will work for this process. They will be staying here temporary. We want to refund them Myanmar as soon as possible.''

There are nearly three million fewer unregistered Rohingya which found in the last year survey conduction and there have been 30 thousand in Kutupalong Camp, Cox's Bazar. About 70 thousands Rohingyas fled to Bangladesh since last October.

But The Refugee and Migratory Movements Research Unit (ramaru) Chief Coordinator of the professor. CR Abrar doesn't think this decision. He said that before the government took a decision to come away from there. But what is the new decision is that the Rohingyas will send from Cox's Bazar to  Thengar Char? This is the big arrangement & costing matter. If don't get the International support, then the government will be able to do it?

He said, '' there is no residence in the char areas. If the Rohingyas took that place, so what will happen to their livelihoods? Will the government bear all their all expense? But They have become accustomed to an area. How can they adapt to the new areas? In fact, it seems to me that an unrealistic figure. The government should reconsider this decision.''

Noakhali journalist Ranjit Chandra Curie said, Stave char areas isolated from the Hatia Island. There is no residence. A year ago, the Deputy Commissioner of the feed through the initial survey work. Now a group of army work there.
